This tried and true recipe has been with us from the very beginning, and we know that you’ll love it just as much as we do!
In just a few simple steps you’ll be baking like a pro! And the best part? This recipe is perfect to make with your kids. Little hands are just the right size for rolling up balls of cookie dough and pressing them onto the cookie sheets. Your kids will love these cookies even more once they’ve had a hand in making them.

- 1 bag of Starry Lane Chocolate Chip Cookie flour mix
- 1 bag of ground flaxseed
- Step by Step instructions on how to make amazing gluten free/allergen free cookies!
What you need to provide…
- Stand mixer (for best results), or hand mixer with paddle attachment
- Granulated sugar (we recommend C&H brand)
- Light Brown Sugar (we recommend C&H brand)
- Margarine (We recommend soy-free Earth Balance)
- Water
- Chocolate Chips ( Any kind will do, we use Enjoy Life)
- Vanilla Extract
Pro Tip: This dough freezes really well! Once you’ve rolled and pressed down your dough balls, pop that tray in the freezer overnight. Bag up the frozen cookie pucks, and then bake them as needed. Add 1-2 minutes of baking time when starting with frozen dough.
